Farmington, Penn. - The Organization of Professional Archery (OPA) is proud to announce the 2nd annual OPA Tournament shoot, taking place July 21st through the 23rd at the Historic Summit Inn in Farmington, Pennsylvania.

This shoot will feature some of the best archers in the business across all categories, created by southwest Pennsylvania's own, Levi Morgan, and promises to challenge these professionals at every target. The course winding through the rough, wooded terrain of the Summit Inn's 1200-acre property, poses quite a challenge to all competitors. Participants will be competing for thousands of dollars in guaranteed prize money, with last year's Men's Expert winner taking home $30,000. The OPA Tournament shoot offers spectators the opportunity to take in both the action of the shoot and the picturesque mountain views of the Summit Inn for free.

Following the enormous success of last year's shoot, archers and spectators alike are going into the 2017 OPA Tournament shoot with high hopes.

"Our OPA Tournament shoot could not have reached this level of success without the support of the event's sponsors," states event founder, Levi Morgan.

He continues, "The Organization of Professional Archery would like to take the time to thank each of our sponsors for making this event possible and providing a time for archers and those who love the sport to come together and enjoy a weekend of excitement and competition."

Mossy Oak will be the title sponsor of the event for the second year in a row.

Other sponsors of the OPA include: [Diamond Sponsors] BowTech, Matthews Inc., Elite, and Swhacker; [Gold Sponsors] Vortex Optics, Truball/Axcel, LanCaster Archery Supply, Scott Archery, Winners Choice, Custom Bow Equipment (CBE), Quality Archery Design (QAD), BCY, New Breed Archery, Browning, SurLoc, TruFire, Carbon Express, GoldTip, and MNT OPS.

The OPA Tournament sponsors, as well as all those who participated, have helped to facilitate the creation of an event that allows all those in attendance to celebrate and bear witness to such a skillful and passion-filled sport. OPA is proud of all that has come out of the event and looks forward to many more in the years to come.

Registration for the open categories of the event is happening now through July 20th with limited spots available. Spots are filling quickly and are open on a first come, first serve basis.
